Partha is the EVP and Vertical Leader for the Airlines, Hospitality & Transportation business at Atain.

A seasoned leader with over three decades of experience across global business process management and shared services, he is responsible for driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic direction for the vertical. He leads large, globally distributed teams and oversees delivery across key client engagements, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and transformation.

In his current role, Partha is focused on scaling the business, strengthening client partnerships, and enhancing service delivery across geographies. He is driving operational efficiency and transformation initiatives while building resilient, high-performing teams. 

With over 32 years of leadership experience, Partha has held senior roles at organizations including Atain, Vodafone India Services, Hutchison 3 Global Services, Ventura India, and AOL Member Services. He has a strong track record of building operations from the ground up, launching greenfield sites across multiple geographies, and leading large-scale global delivery teams. His expertise spans P&L management, enterprise operations, and driving transformation at scale.

Partha began his career in the Indian Army, where he served for ten years as a Captain in a Cavalry regiment. This experience continues to shape his leadership approach, grounded in discipline, resilience, and accountability.

Ajay Verma is the Vertical Leader for Emerging Business at Atain.

A dynamic business leader, he is responsible for overseeing all non-travel operations, including FinTech, eCommerce, Retail, and Trust and Safety. He drives growth, delivery excellence, and strategic expansion across these diverse portfolios, enabling the organization to scale into new markets and unlock emerging opportunities.

In his current role, Ajay focuses on building high-performing teams and strengthening operational capabilities to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. He works closely with clients to drive transformation initiatives, improve service delivery, and expand the business footprint across industries.

Ajay brings extensive leadership experience from organizations such as Infosys, WNS Global Services, Cognizant, and ServiceNow. He has led diverse portfolios across Healthcare, Utilities, and Sales Operations, driving growth, operational efficiency, and customer success across global engagements.

Ajay is a graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa, and has completed product management coursework from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and the Indian School of Business Hyderabad.

With a career that has evolved from hands-on technical roles to leading global teams, he brings a pragmatic and transparent approach to driving organizational growth and value delivery. His leadership is rooted in clarity, purpose, and a strong focus on measurable impact.

In his current role, Chris focuses on enabling digital solutions that align technology with business outcomes. He is known for building collaborative environments where diverse perspectives are valued and teams are empowered to solve problems collectively. His approach ensures that every initiative delivers meaningful and sustainable value.

Chris is also a strong advocate for mental health and actively contributes through advisory roles and volunteering with suicide prevention charities. He is committed to fostering resilience, adaptability, and purpose both within organizations and in the communities he supports.

Chris resides in the Peak District with his family and balances his professional commitments with a passion for the outdoors and building meaningful connections through shared purpose.

A seasoned IT professional with over three decades of experience, Vijay has led client services, delivery, and consulting across large-scale business and digital transformation programs. His expertise spans low-code and no-code technologies, enabling organizations to drive agility, innovation, and meaningful change through modern technology platforms.

In his career, Vijay has built and scaled strategic client relationships by delivering solutions across AI, case management, workflow, enterprise content management, middleware, and portal development. His work has enabled organizations to create unified, omni-channel experiences while improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. His leadership has consistently driven growth, strengthened client partnerships, and delivered differentiated outcomes.

Vijay is deeply committed to delivering value to customers and believes in building capability through continuous learning and strong relationships. His leadership style emphasizes long-term partnerships, execution excellence, and creating sustainable impact across engagements.

Vijay holds an Honours degree in Engineering from BITS Pilani, India.
